Job Description
You will be responsible for the development and production of liquidity reporting that meets global regulatory requirements, internal Committee expectations, and provides new insights into liquidity trending and potential risk events. Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Working with Treasury, Risk Management, and Finance IT partners to establish new Cash Flow and Internal Liquidity Stress testing reporting via PowerBi
- Owning the production of monthly internal liquidity stress testing results for Corporate Committees, including driver analysis, balance sheet movements, and forward-looking impacts
- Collaborating with partners globally to create internal liquidity stress testing reporting that meets local jurisdictional regulatory and local management needs, as well as enhancing local internal liquidity stress testing assumptions
- Conducting ad-hoc analysis to aid senior management and executive committees in the decision-making process impacting product pricing, balance sheet optimization, and investment selection
- Having knowledge on global regulatory requirements and expectations that govern liquidity risk
Qualifications required for this role include:
- Graduation or above degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Math, Engineering, or another quantitative field is preferred
- 4+ years of prior liquidity risk management experience working in a financial institution, regulator agency, consulting firm, or related field is preferred
- Familiarity with Asset Liability Management, Liquidity Risk Management, and Funds Transfer pricing is required
In addition to the above, you should possess exceptional ability to organize and execute responsibilities, experience with PowerBi or similar business intelligence tools, strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, critical thinking, investigating problem-solving, decision-making talents, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
