Job Description
As an Assistant Manager (AM) or Deputy Manager (DM) at Maruti Suzuki, you will play a crucial role in further strengthening the legal and regulatory adherence of the organization while fostering a culture of compliance in line with the Ethics and Integrity principles of the Company.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Management of On-line Regulatory Compliance System:**
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments to ensure timely submission of compliance status as per applicable laws and regulations.
- Contribute to the identification and mitigation of potential compliance risks.
- Identify and resolve stakeholder issues swiftly without compromising compliance.
- Oversee and improve the compliance management tools and systems.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and assess their impact on the companys operations.
- **Training & Awareness:**
- Develop training modules such as e-modules, presentations, and flyers.
- Organize and deliver training on Company policies, regulatory compliances, and compliance management tools.
- **Communication & Reporting:**
- Prepare and deliver compliance reports via MS Excel and PowerPoint.
**Required Qualification:**
- A full-time, regular bachelors or masters degree in law (LL.B/LL.M) or equivalent from a UGC/AICTE approved university/college.
**Required Skills & Competencies:**
**Technical Skills:**
- Ability to interpret legislations/legal documents and determine their applicability to the Company/Business Unit/Office.
- Hands-on experience with online compliance management tools and MS Excel. Experience in Power BI is a plus.
- Preferred: Understanding of compliance requirements specific to automotive or large manufacturing enterprises, covering Employment & Labour, Environment, Health & Safety, Power & Electricity, IT & Data Privacy, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint for effective report creation and presentation to Management.

- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for reporting, stakeholder management, and training purposes.
