As an AI Architect for IT Operations, your role involves architecting and developing Gen AI-based components in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). You will work closely with SMEs to understand ITIL processes and translate them into Gen AI models. Your responsibilities include fine-tuning AI models for knowledge generation, resolving solutions, and ensuring scalability and readiness for production. Additionally, you will integrate AI components with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms, monitor performance benchmarking, and measure outcomes against baseline metrics. Key Responsibilities: - Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LangFlow for model fine-tuning. - Building Gen AI pipelines using LangChain, LangGraph, multi-agent orchestration, and LangFlow workflow design. - Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Hybrid RAG, BM25 embeddings, rerankers, Agentic RAG, Prompt engineering, and context optimization. - Proficiency in ITIL principles including Incident, Problem, and Change Management. - Experience working with APIs, ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow), and automation using Python, FastAPI, Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), async, Streamlit, REST APIs, API authentication (OAuth2, JWT), and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure. - Ability to identify high-value use cases and optimize workflows.
