Role Overview: You will be joining Multiplier AI, India's top-rated AI company in Lifesciences, working with prestigious global clients like GSK, Abbott, and Merck. As an AI HR & Recruitment Executive, you will play a crucial role in talent acquisition, marketing activities, and HR operations at our Noida office. This position offers a high learning curve in Artificial Intelligence and provides exposure to cutting-edge technology-driven business practices. Key Responsibilities: - Talent Acquisition & Performance Management (70%) - Manage end-to-end recruitment for Technical and Non-Technical roles. - Achieve a minimum of 3 successful candidate placements per month. - Utilize LinkedIn, job portals, and AI tools for sourcing top talent. - Assist in monitoring employee KPIs and conducting performance reviews. - Marketing & Brand Engagement (30%) - Support digital campaigns and social media initiatives. - Showcase Multiplier AI's collaborations with global MNCs to attract industry talent. - Coordinate outreach activities with senior leadership levels in GCCs. - HR Operations & Admin (10%) - Handle day-to-day office administration and HR records. - Assist in onboarding formalities and internal office coordination. Qualification Required: - Bachelors Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 70% throughout academic background. - 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in HR, Recruitment, or Marketing functions. - Strong recruitment skills including sourcing, cold calling, and candidate closing. - Understanding of performance management and KPI-driven environments. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Marketing aptitude to support digital engagement. - Ability to thrive in a high-growth onsite office environment in Noida.
