Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; a masters degree is a plus. - Proven experience in AI development (machine learning, deep learning, NLP) with proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, and Java. - Hands-on experience with RPA tools, specifically Automation Anywhere, for a minimum of 2 years. - Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development methodologies. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI/RPA services is advantageous. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
