Accounts Manager

As an Accounts & Finance Manager at MacV by McPherson & Valentine, a fashion & lifestyle brand specializing in stylish eyewear, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company. Reporting directly to the CFO, your role will involve overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities & KPIs:** - Apply sound accounting principles for accuracy and integrity in financial operations. - Prepare and present monthly P&L reports to the CFO and CEO. - Manage cash flows, including forecasting and budgeting. - Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and oversee expense management. - Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements such as GST, Income-tax Act, Companies Act, FEMA/RBI compliances. - Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits. - Manage investor relations and ensure timely communication of financial performance. - Finalize accounts and draft quarterly and annual financial statements. **Qualifications & Skills:** - CA Inter/IPCC/PCC cleared, with a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis. - Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. - High attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in financial reporting tools and MS Office applications. - Experience in working with ERP software packages and Power BI is preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position located at Marol Naka - Andheri (East) with a CTC range of 6-8 lakhs per year.
