Accounting compliance analyst

As an Accountant at our company, your role will involve overseeing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and providing financial insights that support business growth and profitability. You will play a crucial part in conducting financial audits, analysis, and risk assessments. Your responsibilities will also include preparing, examining, and analyzing financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance. Additionally, you will manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, as well as ensure timely tax filings, GST, and statutory returns. Providing cost optimization and profitability insights to leadership will be part of your duties. Monitoring internal financial controls, adherence to accounting standards, liaising with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities, overseeing payroll, expense management, and cash flow tracking will also be within your purview. Furthermore, you will assist in developing financial strategies aligned with company growth plans.
