Account Manager Business Intelligence

Role Overview: You will play a key role in creating and supporting business intelligence solutions for the company. Your responsibilities will include driving BI requirements with clients, ensuring accurate reporting documentation, and having a strong understanding of BI tools and technologies. Directly interfacing with clients, third-party vendors, and other teams will be a crucial part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Possess a higher-level understanding of database and data management concepts and principles - Communicate effectively at a very high level, both written and verbal, with internal and external stakeholders - Define best practices for the design and development of data layers for reporting, and actively participate in client engagements as the reporting Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Collaborate with database administrators, developers, data stewards, and others to ensure accurate collection and analysis of reporting requirements - Develop complex worksheets, dashboards, and ad-hoc data sets for end users - Create custom tables/views and data models across various databases including SQL Server, Snowflake, BigQuery, and/or Redshift Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role - Strong understanding of BI tools and technologies - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools - Experience with databases like SQL Server, Snowflake, BigQuery, and/or Redshift will be an advantage (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description.)
