Job Description

As an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist, your primary focus will be on executing ABM strategies in the MENA region. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning and executing 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM campaigns targeted at high-value accounts in UAE, KSA, and GCC markets. - Creating tailored marketing plans for identified high-value accounts. - Developing account personas, buying committees, and stakeholder maps. - Creating personalized content journeys and nurture workflows for target accounts. - Collaborating closely with the sales team to align ABM activities with revenue goals. In terms of Campaign Management, you will be responsible for: - Executing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, landing pages, and remarketing. - Building targeted lists and segmented audiences for account-specific outreach. - Implementing multi-channel ABM engagement strategies. - Tracking engagement metrics, lead quality, conversions, and ROI of ABM campaigns. Your role will also involve Content & Personalization tasks such as: - Working with design and content teams to create personalized pitch decks, microsites, case studies, and email sequences. - Developing localized messaging for different buyer personas in the MENA region. Regarding Analytics & Reporting, you will: - Maintain dashboards for account engagement scoring, pipeline influence, and ABM performance. - Provide insights on account behavior, intent data, and campaign effectiveness. - Optimize campaigns based on A/B testing, engagement trends, and sales feedback. Cross-Functional Collaboration is key, and you will be expected to: - Work closely with sales, presales, and marketing teams to coordinate outreach strategies. - Support events, webinars, and MENA-specific campaigns with targeted ABM initiatives. - Assist in coordinating account-specific events, industry expos, and digital outreach. For this role, the following Skills & Qualifications are required: - 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Account-Based Marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing. - Experience in the eCommerce / digital commerce / SaaS / IT services industry is preferred. - Prior experience targeting the MENA region (UAE, KSA, GCC) is highly desirable. - Strong understanding of ABM tools and platforms such as Apollo, Demandbase, Terminus, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. - Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. - Ability to analyze data, segment audiences, and derive actionable insights. - Capability to coordinate with sales teams and convert ABM insights into opportunities. - Strong project management skills and ability to work under tight timelines. - Creative thinker with a results-oriented approach.
