Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Assistant to support daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain purchase, sales, and expense entries in accounting software
Prepare invoices, vouchers, and payment entries
Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger verification
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation
Maintain records of bills, receipts, and financial transactions
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments
Support in monthly closing and audit activities
Requirements:
B.Com or relevant qualification in Finance/Accounts
0–3 years of experience in accounting
Knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel
Basic understanding of GST and taxation
Good numerical and analytical skills
