Job Description
We have an urgent opening for an Academic Operations Manager in a reputed group of Preschools in Mumbai.
Exp - 5+ years in teaching & travelling required within Mumbai
Education - Any graduate or post graduate with Ecced or pre primary teacher trained or Montessori trained
Location - Mumbai
The role holder will drive excellence at the Franchise partner set up by familiarizing educators with company philosophy; train them in new products & programs and facilitate implementation of curriculum.
To facilitate franchise effectiveness by:
Providing pre-service and In-service training for all partners
Conducting Equipment training, Franchise Induction Program (FIP) and Teacher training
Building strong rapport with partners and supporting them on implementation of key initiatives and compliance
Training Kangaroo Kids Centres for India and International Markets
Assisting in hiring franchise staff.
To ensure academic excellence by
Ensuring regular training at franchise and cluster level.
Measuring and improving satisfaction levels of internal as well as external customers through Parent Orientation Program (POP), Parental Workshops or any other Parent Interactive sessions
Conducting teacher workshops, providing teacher observation reports and provide feedback for class observation.
Collaborating in the planning, designing and implementation of teaching modules
Undertaking quality checks for effective academic execution of curriculum
Co-ordinating with special needs department to support the teachers in delivering successful sessions
