Job Description
As an Academic & Curriculum Audit Manager for Grades 912, your role will involve monitoring, evaluating, and enhancing the academic standards across higher secondary grades. You will conduct structured academic audits, ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines, review curriculum implementation, and drive continuous improvement in teaching-learning practices. It is essential to closely coordinate with school leadership teams, subject heads, and teachers to maintain high academic performance and institutional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct academic audits for Grades 912 across schools.
- Verify timely and effective curriculum delivery as per lesson plans and annual academic planners.
- Evaluate teaching methodologies, assessment strategies, and classroom practices.
- Ensure syllabus completion as per CBSE timelines.
- Review question papers, assessment formats, and academic records.
- Monitor board exam preparedness and academic performance indicators.
- Assess adherence to institutional academic policies and CBSE guidelines.
- Ensure proper maintenance of academic documentation, records, and reports.
- Monitor implementation of board circulars and academic reforms.
- Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting observations, gaps, and recommendations.
- Suggest practical and measurable action plans to improve academic outcomes.
- Follow up on corrective measures and track progress.
- Conduct regular school visits for classroom observations in Grades 912.
- Evaluate teaching effectiveness and student engagement.
- Monitor execution of academic activities and overall academic functioning.
- Work closely with Principals, Coordinators, and Subject Heads.
- Share best practices across schools to enhance academic excellence.
- Promote cross-school academic initiatives, workshops, and training programs.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed. / M.Ed. (Mandatory)
- Experience: Prior experience in academic auditing, curriculum development, academic coordination, or senior teaching roles (preferably for Grades 912).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of CBSE guidelines, academic standards, board exam processes, and accreditation requirements.
