Role Overview:
As a Technical Lead at Clifford Chance, you will play a crucial role in the Product Management team. Your responsibilities will include identifying business needs, prioritizing Epics/Features, and ensuring timely delivery. You will be instrumental in developing the vision and roadmap for various products/solutions within the portfolio. Your knowledge of the Lean Agile Framework will be essential in managing stakeholders across different teams, including DevOps teams. It will be your responsibility to translate product strategy from business into detailed requirements and prototypes. You must feel empowered and help the team deliver exceptional service to customers/end-users. You are expected to be highly committed, motivated, possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and facilitate teamwork effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the vision and roadmap of the portfolio/Applications
- Prioritize and refine the backlog to help teams move forward and balance customer needs
- Enhance product maturity and facilitate continuous learning for self and team
- Manage vendors and partners effectively
- Oversee all aspects of in-life products, including feedback, product usage, and issue resolution
Qualifications Required:
- Total 8+ years of experience in IT with 3-5 years specifically supporting HR & learning application suites such as Workday, Smart Recruiters, Cornerstone LMS, Payroll, and similar HR Systems
- Bachelor's in Engineering Degree or equivalent, with strong relevant professional experience
- Excellent working knowledge of Core HCM, Business Process Configuration, and Security Administration
- Hands-on experience with Core and Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, Time Tracking, and Absence Management
- Experience in Lean Agile Framework like SAFe is preferred
- Business Analyst experience would be an added advantage
- Deep understanding of customer needs, UI/UX, and complete Product Lifecycle Management
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with technical teams effectively
