Role Overview:
You will join the Business Support department as a Workday Analyst (HR Enablement Consultant) in the Global HR Operation - Workday team. Your main responsibility will be to provide support and updates in Workday, focusing on various HR functions such as Core HR, Organisation Set-up, Compensation & Benefit, Talent Management, and more. Additionally, you will be involved in tasks like UAT testing, HR updates, providing support for HR-related queries, and developing training material.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general Workday support including service, updates, and change requests.
- Assist in UAT testing for Workday processes.
- Handle general HR updates in Workday, specifically employee changes.
- Ensure timely completion of Workday updates as per agreed timelines/SLA.
- Assist in managing HR-related queries and tickets from employees and managers.
- Support Team Lead in deployment and creation of training material.
- Investigate and develop embedded training in Workday, such as guided tours.
- Engage in Workday Automation (RPA) and develop RPA skills.
Qualifications:
Your starting qualifications for this role include:
- Experience with Workday tool and international, multi-cultural organisations.
- Proficiency in Change Management processes.
- More than 4 years of experience with HR tools like Workday.
- Service-oriented mindset with a focus on customer service.
- Experience in complex (matrix) organizations.
- Strong systematic and structured work style with attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team and self-motivated.
Qualifications Required:
- MBA in HR.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with fluency in English, both verbal and written.
