As an IT recruiter in our company, your role will involve conducting end-to-end recruitment for permanent and contract-to-hire positions. You will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates from various job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, as well as through your network and references. It will be important for you to focus on niche IT skills, including SAP, Front End, Back End, Java, and other relevant technologies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting recruitment drives during weekdays and weekends.
- Managing candidate communication and scheduling.
- Performing recruitment rounds, which include an online test (mandatory), L1 virtual interview, and L2 virtual interview.
- Maintaining candidate pipelines and providing timely status updates.
- Ensuring smooth work-from-home operations with self-managed productivity.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.
- Strong sourcing skills and the ability to attract top IT talent.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with conducting virtual interviews and online assessments.
