Job Description

As the Director of Growth, Paid Search & AI Marketing Strategy at Trademarkia, you will be leading the charge in building a global growth engine from first principles. Your role will involve driving measurable revenue growth across multiple international markets by taking ownership of various key responsibilities: Role Overview: You will be responsible for Paid Search Strategy (Global), Landing Page Optimization, Conversion Funnel Engineering, SEO Strategy, Competitive Intelligence, AI-driven marketing systems, and Marketing-Engineering coordination. This is a build-the-machine role and not a maintenance marketing role. You will report directly to the CEO. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Google Search campaigns across various markets and optimize key metrics like ROAS, CAC, and LTV - Conceptualize high-converting landing pages, wireframe flows, and optimize checkout experiences - Develop SEO strategies, improve domain authority, and rank for high-value keywords globally - Analyze competitor strategies and constantly strive to win markets - Execute AI-first marketing strategies including AI-generated landing pages, A/B testing, display creative generation, and analytics workflows - Build and lead a high-performance in-office team including SEO specialists, paid search operators, landing page engineers, and data analysts Qualifications Required: - Solid analytical foundation with expertise in data analytics, marketing analytics, and finance modeling - Deep understanding of Google Ads, conversion optimization, and SEO tools - Comfortable working with engineers and a strong ownership mindset - Bonus: Experience in international markets, AI-first startups, and technical familiarity with tracking and attribution models The company, Trademarkia, is a fast-growing multinational intellectual property technology company that combines law, AI, search, automation, and digital growth systems to build scalable global IP infrastructure.
