Job Description
As a Visual Designer at the company, you will play a crucial role in crafting visual narratives that captivate the audience and drive action. You will be responsible for designing a wide range of marketing assets, including ad posters, banners, social media creatives, ad videos, animated explainers, and short-form video content. Your expertise in graphic design, motion design, and psychology of attention will be essential in developing a consistent visual language and brand system across various marketing touch-points. Collaboration with the marketing, product, and leadership teams will be key in translating product value propositions into engaging visual content. Additionally, you will apply principles of advertising psychology, color theory, and visual hierarchy to maximize engagement and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-impact ad posters, banners, social media creatives, and digital campaign assets for product marketing across platforms.
- Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce ad videos, product walkthroughs, animated explainers, and short-form video content.
- Create motion graphics and visual effects to enhance video content and showcase product features.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual language and brand system across all marketing touch-points.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate product value propositions into engaging visual content.
- Apply principles of advertising psychology, color theory, and visual hierarchy to enhance engagement and conversion.
- Stay updated on design trends, content formats, and viral content patterns to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
- Manage end-to-end video production workflow including editing, color grading, sound design, and optimization for various platforms.
Qualifications Required:
- 25+ years of professional experience in visual/graphic design, motion design, or video production.
- Strong portfolio showcasing work across static design, motion graphics, and video editing.
- Deep understanding of advertising psychology and ability to create high-engagement content.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Suite or alternate stack (Affinity, DaVinci).
- Experience designing for B2B/SaaS/enterprise audiences is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with quick turnaround expectations.
- Familiarity with AI generative tools for image and video creation is preferred.
