Job Description
As a Graphic Designer with 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare creative agency, your role will involve developing creative concepts and visual designs for various materials such as doctor promotional materials, patient education materials, social media creatives, digital campaigns, emailers, corporate presentations, and event branding. You will need to ensure that your designs comply with healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing regulations, interpret medical and scientific content effectively, and maintain brand consistency across multiple healthcare brands. Collaboration with copywriters and medical writers is essential to deliver accurate and engaging communication. You will also be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines, and coordinating with printers and production vendors when necessary.
Qualifications and Skills required for this role include:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Mandatory experience working in a healthcare creative agency or pharmaceutical advertising agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing healthcare or pharma-related work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), PowerPoint (advanced layout skills), Figma or similar design tools.
- Understanding of print production processes and digital design best practices.
- Core competencies such as strong typography, layout, and color theory skills, ability to simplify complex medical information visually, attention to detail and accuracy, strong communication and collaboration skills, and ability to take feedback constructively.
Preferred qualifications include exposure to medical conferences and pharma marketing campaigns, basic understanding of medical terminology, experience working with multinational healthcare brands, and knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects).
