Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer

As a Video Editor at our growing SaaS & ERP product brand, your role will involve a variety of creative tasks to enhance our visual assets and engage our audience effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Video Editing** - Edit short-form and long-form videos for various platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn - Create product demos, explainers, walkthrough videos, webinars, training videos, and customer testimonials - Enhance videos with subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and background music - Ensure correct grammar, timing, and flow in captions - Optimize videos for different platforms and formats - **Motion Graphic & Animation** - Develop intermediate to advanced animations using Adobe After Effects - Animate text, icons, charts, and UI screens for marketing and product videos - Assist in creating branded intros, outros, and templates - **Static Creatives** - Design and edit static creatives including banners, thumbnails, posters, and social media visuals - Utilize CorelDRAW and Photoshop for image editing and layouts - Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets **Required Skills & Tools:** - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects - Working knowledge of CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva - Good understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and platform-specific formats - Good command of English for understanding scripts, captions, and briefs **Eligibility & Experience:** - **Freshers:** - Certification in Video Editing / Motion Graphics from a recognized institute - Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating skills - **Experienced Candidates:** - Relevant work experience with a portfolio/showreel - Hands-on experience in video editing and motion graphics projects **Good to have:** - Experience in SaaS, ERP, or B2B content - Familiarity with UI animation or screen-record-based explainers - Basic knowledge of Canva or Figma - Ability to contribute creative ideas and improvements **What we are looking for:** - Strong fundamentals with attention to detail - Ability to understand briefs and deliver on time - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment - Ownership mindset towards quality and output **What we offer:** - Exposure to a growing SaaS & ERP product brand - Opportunities to work on product, marketing, and brand content - A collaborative and growth-oriented work culture If you are passionate about video editing and motion graphics, and if you possess the required skills and attitude, we encourage you to apply by sharing your resume & Portfolio / Showreel at shrishti@alignbooks.com with the subject - Video Editor Application.
