Video Edit Manager

You will be joining EazyDiner, India's leading table reservation and restaurant discovery platform, as a Video Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the video content strategy and production to drive brand engagement and create compelling stories around food, dining, and lifestyle. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end video content production, including ideation, scripting, storyboarding, shooting, and editing. - Create engaging video content for various social media platforms aligned with brand goals. - Cover restaurant launches, events, and experiences through video storytelling. - Collaborate with marketing, social media, PR, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. - Manage a small team of videographers, editors, and external agencies. - Ensure high-quality production standards and timely delivery of content. - Analyze video performance metrics and optimize content strategy for maximum engagement. - Stay updated with the latest trends in video marketing, food content, and digital storytelling. - Maintain an organized video library and ensure proper usage of brand guidelines. Requirements: - Proven experience (5+ years) in video production, preferably in F&B, lifestyle, or digital media. - Strong expertise in shooting (camera handling, lighting, sound) and editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects). - A creative eye for storytelling and visually compelling content creation. - Familiarity with social media platforms, formats, and algorithm-driven content strategies. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Willingness to travel across cities for shoots and restaurant/event coverage.
