Role Overview:
You will be the Vice President (C13) for Pricing Analytics in the TTS Analytics team, reporting to the SVP leading the team. Your main responsibility will be to lead a team of analysts across C9-C12 levels and conduct multiple analyses throughout the year to optimize pricing for existing clients across products. Additionally, you will recommend the best price for new deals with prospective clients using various analytical approaches, tools, and techniques. Your role will involve working with diverse data sources such as client profiles, transactions, revenue data, digital data, and unstructured data like call transcripts and contracts to provide data-driven insights to business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of analysts across C9-C12 levels
- Conduct multiple analyses to optimize pricing for existing clients and recommend best prices for new deals
- Utilize various analytical methods including hypothesis testing, segmentation, time series forecasting, and test vs. control comparison
- Build predictive models using Machine Learning techniques
- Analyze unstructured data such as call transcripts using Natural Language Processing (NLP)/Text Mining
- Collaborate with business and functional stakeholders to provide insights based on data analysis
Qualifications Required:
- 10-13 years of experience in data analytics
- Experience in pricing analytics and optimization
- Proficiency in various analytical methods and tools
- Experience with predictive modeling using Machine Learning
- Familiarity with unstructured data analysis and NLP techniques
- Preferred experience in financial services and working with complex data sources
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and solve complex business problems
- Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with tools like Hive, PySpark, and Tableau
- Soft skills including clear communication, team management, coaching, and ability to work with ambiguity
- Strong process and project management skills
