As a Technical Analyst specializing in Veeva Vault, your role will involve leveraging your extensive experience in Veeva Vault Clinical suite, Clinical Data Management Systems (CDMS), Clinical Databases (CDB), eCRF design, and eTMF operations. Your primary responsibility will be to optimize the clinical platform end-to-end by collaborating with Clinical Operations, Data Management, Regulatory, and IT teams. Your focus will be on ensuring compliant, scalable, and data-driven solutions throughout the clinical development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Drive end-to-end clinical platform optimization by bridging various teams and departments - Utilize expertise in Veeva Vault Clinical suite, CDMS platforms, eCRF study build, eTMF management, and SQL skills - Ensure data integrity and compliance with clinical trial lifecycle requirements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support Veeva CDB - Enhance system integrations and performance optimization through advanced SQL skills Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in Life Sciences / Clinical Systems - 4+ years hands-on experience with Veeva Vault Clinical suite - Proficiency in CDMS platforms, Veeva CDB implementation/support, eCRF study build, and eTMF management - Advanced SQL skills including complex joins, performance optimization, and stored procedures - Strong understanding of clinical trial lifecycle phases (Phase IIV) and experience in validated GxP environments Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with additional EDC systems such as Medidata Rave, Oracle Clinical, etc. - Knowledge of CDISC standards and clinical data transformation - Exposure to data lake architectures and modern data platforms - Agile/Scrum product experience - Experience in managing global multi-study programs In conclusion, your role as a Technical Analyst in Veeva Vault will be pivotal in ensuring the optimization and compliance of the clinical platform, requiring a blend of deep domain knowledge and technical expertise to drive successful outcomes.
