UX/UI Engineer

Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with the Chief Product Officer & Chief Technology Officer to design interfaces and usability components throughout the code base. - Develop high-quality UX/UI plans for front-end, back-end, and mobile applications, considering aspects such as data security, performance, maintainability, and scalability. - Stay updated on the latest design trends and approaches, and provide insights on cutting-edge design themes and vendors. - Maintain project documentation and support the delivery of projects within the TGrid work program. - Engage with the Chief Product Officer to gather requirements and contribute to improved project delivery. - Undertake UX/UI design and enhancement tasks to enhance the overall user experience. Qualification Required: - 5+ years of experience in designing mobile interfaces. - 5+ years of experience with UI modeling tools such as Figma. - 5+ years of experience working with teams to achieve a complete product look and feel. - Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with a focus on Software Engineering. - Diploma or bachelors degree majoring in Software Engineering or Information Technology.
