UX Designer

As a User Experience Designer at Thales in Noida Berger Tower, India, your work will focus on helping companies build trusted identities and access for their employees and customers. You will play a crucial role in designing experiences that not only meet user needs but also align with business objectives. Collaboration will be key as you work alongside design teammates, UX leaders, business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering colleagues. Key Areas of Responsibility: - Demonstrate your expertise as a UX Designer through various methods such as Storytelling, Team Collaboration, user-centered design, design thinking, and design testing. - Translate abstract ideas into tangible representations (sketches, journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity visual comps, and prototypes) to gather user feedback and ensure alignment within the product team. - Present design concepts to stakeholders, providing data-based rationale for design decisions. - Focus on creating adaptive and responsive product designs for mobile, tablet, and desktop experiences. - Lead cross-functional collaborations within the product team to generate innovative user experiences and intellectual capital with positive market outcomes. - Utilize storytelling to align the product team towards a shared product vision. - Coach the product team in design discovery, design vision, and design delivery processes including design research, iterative design, and usability testing. - Collaborate with user research to synthesize data into actionable insights for user outcomes. - Engage in design debates and iterate designs based on feedback. Minimum Requirements: - Experience: 9-14 years - Graduation with a Masters in Design, Product Design, Interaction/Experience Design. - Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interactions with users, product teams, and stakeholders. - Experience in a fast-paced software development environment. - Familiarity with AI-powered design and development tools for efficiency and high velocity. - Showcase of user-centered design craft, visualizations, storytelling, sketches, mock-ups, and prototypes in an online portfolio or work samples.
