UX Designer

As an energetic and detail-oriented UX/UI designer, you will be responsible for refining design systems and creating intuitive interfaces for users. You will collaborate with product managers, user researchers, developers, and customers to shape product requirements for charging station management software solutions and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize user research to develop and iterate on informational structures for existing and future enterprise software products. - Create UI Visual Designs based on the Design System and collaborate with designers and developers to update components. - Contribute to the expansion and implementation of design systems. - Socialize and document changes with the design and development teams. - Present design solutions effectively to team members with diverse backgrounds. - Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementations match documentation. - Assist with user research and analyze outcomes with team members and stakeholders. - Contribute to the longer-term UX strategy within the organization. Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of experience in UX/UI Design and Visual Design. - Bachelor's degree in Design preferred. - Knowledge of web-based interfaces, iOS, and Android mobile app technologies. - Experience in agile environments using tools like Jira and Confluence. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Create Suite. - Understanding of Accessibility design considerations and WCAG. - Portfolio showcasing previous work experiences. - Excellent English communication skills. - Proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
