Job Description
As a User Experience Designer at NiCE Actimize, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that consumers' financial transactions are safe by delivering intuitive, accessible, and innovative experiences across the SaaS platform. Collaborating closely with Product Management, Engineering, and UX leadership, you will design user-centric interfaces, embed accessibility and localization best practices, and leverage design systems for smart components handling complex data states. Your responsibilities will include creating prototypes, collaborating on cross-platform alignment and AI-driven innovation, refining requirements with Product Managers, and advocating for user research throughout the design lifecycle.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and deliver user-centric interfaces for specific product areas with complex data, ensuring consistency with the overall design system.
- Embed accessibility and localization best practices into all design outputs to meet global compliance and usability standards.
- Leverage knowledge in building and maintaining design systems for designing smart components that handle complex data states.
- Translate behavioral analytics and UX metrics into actionable design improvements that enhance engagement and usability.
- Create prototypes for validation, usability testing, and marketing purposes to accelerate decision-making and reduce risk.
- Collaborate with UX leadership on cross-platform alignment and AI-driven innovation initiatives.
- Partner with Product Managers to refine requirements, estimate work, and prioritize design deliverables effectively.
- Maintain and evolve design templates and documentation for PM and engineering purposes.
- Advocate for user research and customer validation throughout the design lifecycle to ensure solutions meet real-world needs.
**Qualifications Required:**
- 2+ years of UX design experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in interaction design, visual design, and usability principles.
- Hands-on experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and localization workflows.
- Familiarity with UX analytics tools (e.g., Pendo, DataDog) and ability to interpret behavioral data for design decisions.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and experience with design systems.
- Ability to create interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing.
- Familiarity with agile development practices and backlog management tools.
- Experience working on AI-driven UX features or personalization.
