User Interface & User Experience Designer

As a UI/UX Designer, your role involves conducting user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform your design decisions. You will be responsible for creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps. Additionally, you will design user interfaces for both web and mobile applications. Your job includes developing prototypes and mockups using industry-standard tools and collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to implement innovative solutions. Ensuring design consistency through style guides and design systems, optimizing applications for speed and scalability, and conducting A/B testing are also part of your responsibilities. It is essential to stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing - Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps - Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications - Develop prototypes and mockups using industry-standard tools - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions - Ensure design consistency through style guides and design systems - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability - Conduct A/B testing and implement improvements based on user feedback - Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field - 3+ years of proven UI/UX design experience - Strong portfolio demonstrating UI and UX projects - Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar - Solid understanding of user-centered design principles - Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first approach - Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles - Strong problem-solving and communication skills In addition to the required qualifications, familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards, experience in interaction design and animation tools, and exposure to usability testing tools and analytics platforms are considered preferred skills.
