JOB OPENING WITH AN MNC
Designation : Helpdesk Executive
Location : Mumbai
Salary : 32,000 - 35,000 in hand per month
Key Responsibilities :
- Attending the complaints/concerns over the call
- Alloting the complaints/concern to the related department
- Preparing the MIS for the complaints on monthly basis.
- Client relationship management
- Vendor management in coordination with the assistant facility manager
- Maintain MIS that supports client in taking critical decisions related to Facility infrastructure.
- Ensure quality management, health, safety and environmental guidelines and processes of client/
- KFPSPL are implemented by staff.
- Daily reporting and interaction with staff to assess the operations status.
