JOB OPENING WITH AN MNC
Designation : Helpdesk Executive
Location : Mumbai
Salary : 30,000 - 35,000 in hand per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend call regarding any requests/ complaints mentioned in the scope of services.
- Helpdesk will be the single point of contact for all queries / requests / complaints.
- Direct the complaint to the concerned teams and track the same till closure. Ensure the feedback mechanism is maintained for all the complaints.
- Track all the complaints and make sure that majority of the complaints are closed on the same day to the satisfaction of occupants.
- Provide monthly MIS on the complaints received / pending closed through regular periodical reports.
- All the complaints will be received through telephone and mails only.
