Job Title: Accounts Executive

We are a growing HR services and recruitment firm providing complete workforce solutions including contract staffing, payroll processing, and statutory compliance. We work with clients across industries to support their people and process management needs.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in recording daily financial transactions in accounting software (Tally or similar).
• Help in preparing client and vendor invoices, and maintaining invoice trackers.
• Support GST & TDS calculations and data preparation for returns.
• Assist in bank reconciliation, petty cash accounting, and data validation.
• Coordinate with HR/payroll teams for invoice and payment input accuracy.
• Maintain organized records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Help prepare Excel-based reports, vouchers, and payment summaries.
• Learn and support PF, ESIC, and PT compliance accounting as required.
• Key Skills & Competencies:
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and journal entries
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with Tally or accounting software
• Eagerness to learn GST, TDS, and payroll accounting
• Honest, detail-oriented, and responsible

Eligibility Criteria:

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
• 1-2 year of experience (internship or training under CA preferred but not mandatory)
• Willingness to build a career in accounting and compliance
• Exposure to statutory compliance (PF, ESIC) or payroll is a plus
