Job Description
As a Unit HR Head at Regency Hospital Ltd in Gorakhpur, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Head HR in manpower planning, recruitment, selection, and retention of personnel.
- Participating in the preparation, updating, and recommendation of human resource policies and procedures.
- Involvement in increments, promotions, re-designations, exit interviews, and performance appraisals.
- Handling registration of doctors and nurses with the U.P. Medical/Nursing Council.
- Administering induction training and coordinating training for different personnel categories.
- Managing the Management Trainee program, summer trainings, and staff welfare initiatives.
- Organizing employee engagement events in coordination with the respective Centers of Excellence.
- Collecting and maintaining records of monthly quality indicators of the HR Department.
- Conducting surveys and collecting feedback related to employee welfare and satisfaction.
- Maintaining general office administration records, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all relevant files.
- Ensuring all documentation and processes comply with NABH requirements.
- Coordinating with departmental heads to ensure employee commitment to company rules and procedures.
