As a Supervising Associate Presentation Designer at EY GDS Creative Center of Excellence (CoE), you will play a crucial role in owning the creative and visual direction for various collaterals across multiple formats. Your impeccable design sensibility and leadership skills will help elevate creative projects across different channels. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide creative leadership to design teams for various collaterals such as brochures, presentations, microsites, and motion graphics - Produce strategically sound conceptual work through rapid prototyping and storyboard creation - Ensure adherence to EY brand guidelines and exceed expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, and efficiency - Stay updated with current design trends and advocate the same to team members - Communicate effectively with customers, understand design briefs, and provide innovative design solutions - Mentor junior team members on best design practices - Prioritize deadlines and manage multiple creative projects simultaneously - Contribute towards various organizational initiatives **Skills and Attributes for Success:** - User-centric mindset with a creative and analytical approach - Proficiency in creating infographics and data visualization techniques - Strong project management, risk management, and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and understanding of visual trends **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree or college diploma, preferably in Graphic Design or related discipline - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign - Experience in digital, social, and integrated media - Knowledge of social platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc. - At least 6 years of experience in a fast-paced global environment with team management experience - Experience in presentation design, visual storytelling, email design, UI/UX, and workshop materials **Additional Details:** Location-specific qualification requirements may vary for Manila, Poland, and Argentina.
