Treasury Senior AVP

As a Senior Treasury Analyst at Wells Fargo, your role will involve managing and supporting global treasury activities. This includes overseeing funding, liquidity risk management, asset and liability management, capital management, financial performance management, and related activities. You will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating global market conditions to provide advisory on treasury finance risk. Your duties will also include complex reporting and analytics on treasury finance metrics, ensuring accurate recurring deliverables, and compliance with various treasury risk management regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will need to focus on data quality and establish controlled processes. Collaborating with Internal Audit, Corporate Risk Management, Model Governance teams, as well as outside parties such as regulatory agencies, accounting, and consulting firms will be essential. You will make recommendations to more experienced group members and management, collaborate with peers and managers to resolve issues, and interact with internal customers. You will receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and support global treasury activities - Monitor and evaluate global market conditions - Provide advisory on treasury finance risk - Ensure accurate recurring deliverables and compliance with regulatory requirements - Establish controlled processes for data quality - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders - Make recommendations to management - Resolve issues with peers and managers - Interact with internal customers Qualifications Required: - 4 years of Treasury experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education Desired Qualifications: - CA/CFA/FRM/MBA - Total experience of more than 10 years after qualification - Experience in LCR, NSFR, ILAAP, Stress testing, IRRBB - Experience in Tools like Alteryx, Power Bi, Python, etc. In this role, you are expected to work a minimum of 3 days from the office with APAC/EMEA shifts.
