Treasury Manager

You will be responsible for the Treasury (Mid Office) operations at Balancehero India Pvt. Ltd. Your role will involve managing various aspects related to treasury documentation, covenant monitoring, ALM & risk management, regulatory compliance, cash flow & fund planning, and treasury controls & MIS. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end documentation for NCDs, Commercial Papers, and loan agreements with banks, NBFCs, and other investors - Negotiate documentation with lenders/investors and coordinate with legal, compliance, and external counsels - Monitor and track covenants for borrowing instruments and ensure compliance with financial and non-financial covenants - Assist in Asset-Liability Management analysis and prepare ALM returns as per RBI guidelines - Ensure compliance with regulatory norms related to treasury operations and track borrowing limits, credit ratings, and board approvals - Monitor cash flow positions, prepare fund utilization reports, and manage working capital needs - Reconcile deals, rates, and limits with the front office; prepare treasury MIS reports and maintain trackers for sanctions, drawdowns, repayments, and covenants Qualifications Required: - Qualified CA/MBA with 4-5 years of experience in Treasury Mid Office roles within NBFCs/corporates/BFSI sector - Strong working knowledge of NCD/CP documentation, loan agreements, treasury operations, and RBI compliance - Familiarity with ALM frameworks, RBI reporting, and treasury risk management practices - High attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to coordinate across internal and external stakeholders - Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace About Balancehero: Balancehero India Pvt.
