It is essential to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to the overall improvement of teaching standards and preschool operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and implement training curriculums for preschool educators and administrators.
- Supervise and evaluate teacher performance to ensure quality education practices.
- Conduct workshops and provide guidance on curriculum methodologies.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to contribute to the improvement of teaching standards.
- Contribute to the overall improvement of preschool operations.
**Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge and experience in educational training, curriculum development, and teacher mentoring and assessment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to organize, manage, and execute training programs in a professional setting.
- Experience in early childhood education and/or familiarity with preschool operations and methodologies is highly preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field. A teaching certification or advanced degree is a plus.
