Training Manager

**Job Description** As a Training Manager at Kreedo Early Childhood Solutions, your role involves planning, coordinating, and delivering effective training programs for preschool educators and administrators in the Mangalore region. You will design and implement training curriculums, supervise and evaluate teacher performance, conduct workshops, provide guidance on curriculum methodologies, and ensure quality education practices in partner preschools. It is essential to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to the overall improvement of teaching standards and preschool operations. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and implement training curriculums for preschool educators and administrators. - Supervise and evaluate teacher performance to ensure quality education practices. - Conduct workshops and provide guidance on curriculum methodologies. - Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to contribute to the improvement of teaching standards. - Contribute to the overall improvement of preschool operations. **Qualifications** - Strong knowledge and experience in educational training, curriculum development, and teacher mentoring and assessment. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively work with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Proven ability to organize, manage, and execute training programs in a professional setting. - Experience in early childhood education and/or familiarity with preschool operations and methodologies is highly preferred. - Bachelors degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field.
