Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated TPM Coordinator to implement and monitor Total Productive Maintenance activities to improve equipment efficiency and reduce breakdowns.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement TPM pillars across the plant
Monitor OEE and analyze equipment performance
Plan and track preventive and autonomous maintenance activities
Conduct root cause analysis for breakdowns and implement corrective actions
Drive 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives
Train operators on TPM practices and maintenance standards
Maintain TPM documentation and prepare audit reports
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth operations
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering
1- 4 years of experience in TPM or maintenance activities
Knowledge of OEE, RCA, and preventive maintenance
Good analytical and coordination skills
Willingness to work in manufacturing environment
