Responsibilities:

Instruction & Lesson Planning

• Develop and deliver English language lessons for non-native speakers across different proficiency levels.

• Create lesson plans that cover reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.

• Use a variety of instructional methods (role-play, group activities, multimedia tools) to engage students.

• Integrate grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary in practical, communicative contexts.

Student Assessment & Evaluation

• Assess students language abilities through quizzes, assignments, and oral tests.

• Track student progress and provide regular feedback.

• Identify learning gaps and adjust lesson plans to meet individual needs.

• Prepare progress reports and maintain academic records.

Classroom Management & Communication

• Maintain a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.

• Encourage students to participate actively in discussions and activities.

• Manage multicultural classrooms with sensitivity and understanding.

• Provide support and motivation to help learners gain confidence in using English.
