As a Territory Sales Manager (Commercial channel) at MSIL, your role will involve: - Achieving sales targets - Meeting market share targets - Ensuring dealer viability and profitability - Developing dealer manpower training programs To be qualified for this role, you should have: - B-Tech + MBA or B-Tech (Mechanical) from a UGC/AICTE approved college/institute Additionally, you should have: - At least 3 years of experience in Tractor / LCV sales In terms of behavioral competencies, you should possess: - Strong team leadership skills - Strategic thinking abilities - Proficiency in problem-solving - Objective-oriented and self-initiating mindset - Customer obsession Regarding technical competencies, you should be familiar with: - Data Analytics and Visualization using Business Intelligence tools - Knowledge of Automobiles and IC engines This opportunity offers you the chance to make a significant impact in the automobile industry.
