Role Overview:
As the Business Development Manager for Intellitots Preschool, your primary responsibility will be to identify suitable locations and properties for establishing new preschools. You will also be in charge of expanding the network of Property Agents within your designated territory. Conducting thorough competition analysis and scoping catchment areas to plan marketing activities will be essential aspects of your role. Monitoring and tracking marketing initiatives, establishing K12 tie-ups, and managing the sales funnel on a daily basis are crucial tasks that you will be responsible for. Additionally, you will conduct lost customer analysis, provide feedback to the centers, and manage ticket resolution through the ticketing system. As the single point of contact for Business Partners, you will collaborate with them to ensure smooth franchise operations. Key deliverables include identifying potential segments for activities to increase footfall, organizing new initiatives and marketing activities, and building the school's brand in target markets. You will also focus on upholding safety processes, inspecting training centers, and staying updated on market intelligence within the industry. Your role will involve coordinating with Business Partners and customers effectively, requiring excellent communication and presentation skills.
