Job Description

As an Outbound Sales Representative, your role involves executing cold calling to potential customers and following up on marketing leads. You will also be responsible for explaining complex automation products such as Robots, Robotics, Industrial Peripherals, Servo Gearboxes, and Welding Machines to customers and demonstrating how these products can enhance their productivity. Key Responsibilities: - Execute cold calling to potential customers - Explain complex automation products and their benefits - Qualify prospects and nurture them through the sales pipeline - Meet or exceed daily/monthly sales targets - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients To excel in this role, you should have: - Prior experience in telesales, preferably in automation or industrial B2B sectors - Understanding of automation systems, Robot, Gearbox, Welding machines - Excellent verbal/written communication and strong negotiation skills - High school diploma; Bachelors degree in Business or Technology is a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Resilient, target-oriented attitude, and ability to handle rejection In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, provided food, internet reimbursement, leave encashment, paid sick time, and paid time off. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for both experienced professionals and freshers. Please note that the work location for this role is in person.
