Job Description
As a Telesales Executive at our company, your primary role will be to handle inbound & outbound B2B sales calls and generate leads from platforms such as IndiaMART and TradeIndia. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound & outbound B2B sales calls effectively.
- Generating and converting leads from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other B2B portals.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Understanding client requirements and providing suitable product/service solutions.
- Following up on leads and closing sales efficiently.
- Maintaining daily sales reports and CRM data.
- Achieving monthly sales targets.
- Coordinating with internal teams for smooth order processing.
- Traveling for client meetings as and when required.
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B telesales (23 years mandatory).
- Strong experience in handling leads from IndiaMART & TradeIndia.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and convincing ability.
