Job Description

Technical Support (Voice Process)

Job Overview:

This role is for a Technical Support Executive where you will assist customers over calls with issues related to Adobe products. The job requires strong communication skills along with basic technical understanding.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls related to technical issues in Adobe products

  • Troubleshoot problems related to installation, login, subscription, and usage

  • Provide step-by-step guidance to resolve customer issues

  • Escalate complex technical problems to higher support teams

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication

  • Maintain records of interactions in CRM tools


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate (mandatory)

  • Minimum 1 year of voice process experience

  • Excellent English communication skills

  • Basic technical knowledge (software/products troubleshooting preferred)


Salary & Benefits:

  • 40,000 CTC

  • 32,000 In-hand + 2,000 Performance Linked Incentive (PLI)

  • 5 days working

  • Rotational shifts

  • Both-side cab facility
