Technical Support (Voice Process)
Job Overview:
This role is for a Technical Support Executive where you will assist customers over calls with issues related to Adobe products. The job requires strong communication skills along with basic technical understanding.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls related to technical issues in Adobe products

Troubleshoot problems related to installation, login, subscription, and usage

Provide step-by-step guidance to resolve customer issues

Escalate complex technical problems to higher support teams

Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication

Maintain records of interactions in CRM tools
Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate (mandatory)

Minimum 1 year of voice process experience

Excellent English communication skills

Basic technical knowledge (software/products troubleshooting preferred)
