Job Description
You will be working as a Digital.ai Customer Technical Support Engineer - Intern at Digital.ai. Your role will involve engaging with Enterprise-level customers, providing guidance, support, and analysis. You will become a Subject Matter Expert in at least two products within the Digital.ai Value Stream Platform. Your responsibilities will include proactively assisting customers to avoid potential issues and providing clearly articulated solutions for maximum customer satisfaction. It is essential to have a strong background in working within the software development cycle for this role.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Engage with Enterprise-level customers to provide guidance, support, and analysis
- Become a Subject Matter Expert in at least two products within the Digital.ai Value Stream Platform
- Proactively help customers avoid potential issues
- Provide clearly articulated solutions to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
**Qualifications Required:**
- Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong technical aptitudes in one or more platform areas
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent client-facing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences
- Good understanding of SaaS and Cloud operations
- Knowledge of security processes, standards, and issues in web applications
- Understanding of web-based platform architectural principles
- Knowledge of APIs, HTTP requests, Databases, and Network infrastructure
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Perl
- Familiarity with UNIX and Windows operating systems and related troubleshooting tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Effective time management skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in English communication
- Experience with collaborative tools like Zendesk, Atlassian, Microsoft Office 365 suite, and Slack
