Technical Program Manager

As an experienced and highly skilled Program Manager with a strong background in AI/ML and digital transformation initiatives, your responsibilities will include: - Providing end-to-end program governance, planning, and execution oversight for AI-driven projects. - Managing project delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational goals. - Coordinating with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and other technical leads to ensure timely deliverables. - Overseeing resource utilization, budget tracking, and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle. - Conducting review meetings with senior stakeholders, documenting progress, and ensuring timely escalation of critical issues. - Maintaining KPIs, dashboards, and progress reports for senior-level monitoring and review. Qualifications Required: - B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science or IT; MBA / M.Tech in Management or Systems preferred. - Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) desirable. - 1015 years in program/project management with a minimum of 5 years in AI/ML or digital transformation initiatives. In addition to the above, you should have technical competencies in methodologies, management suites, processes, and compliance protocols, contract administration, integration patterns, and automation in governance contexts. You should also have 35 years of experience in senior management roles overseeing cross-functional teams and complex programs in enterprise environments. The tools and platforms you should be proficient in include Jira, Azure DevOps, Zoho Projects, Monday.com, and other program management suites. You should have a strong grasp of risk management frameworks, change control processes, and budget & vendor management. Additionally, familiarity with API management, microservices, enterprise architecture, conversational AI, NLP, computer vision, security & compliance, and information assurance standards will be beneficial. This is a full-time job with an annual salary range of 894,924.50 - 2,513,722.65. The work location is in person.
