Technical Lead - Full Stack Developer

**Job Description:** As part of global teams across Bupa markets, you will have the opportunity to work on building innovative digital health solutions. You will play a key role in leading the development and execution of technical projects from inception through to final production and deployment. Your responsibilities will include designing application solutions for new ideas and initiatives within the digital team, collaborating with the architecture team and wider business. You will conduct system analysis, solution design, and technical design activities, ensuring high-quality documentation and realistic work estimates as end-deliverables. Additionally, you will work with application architects to plan the long-term strategic architecture for the products you lead, design end-to-end solutions, provide feedback on others' solution designs, and lead technical initiatives for the team's products. Managing a team of developers (1-6) will also be part of your role, including conducting performance reviews and providing guidance to direct reports. **Qualifications Required:** - At least 1 year of experience managing a team of direct reports or leading projects/programs from a technical perspective - Demonstrated experience mentoring other developers within squads - At least 5 years of experience building products using technologies such as .NET web apps and API apps, Microsoft Azure, Sitecore 10+, Next, React, Angular, Vue, Mobile technologies including Xamarin, Kotlin, Swift, Testing frameworks like Jest, xUnit, Cypress, CI/CD systems like Azure Dev Ops or Github/Github Actions, and Application lifecycle/documentation tools including Confluence, Azure DevOps boards, Jira, etc. **About Our Client:** Bupa is a leading international healthcare company established in 1947, offering competitive salary packages and opportunities to work with cutting-edge technology in the business services industry.
