Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer Lead or Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Backend tech: Python and Frontend Tech: Vue.Js / Reactjs / AngularJS. - Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities in a technical team environment. - Extensive hands-on experience with Quick API (web framework to build APIs) / Flask/ Django or API Development. - Strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end development principles. - Deep understanding of TDD (Test Driven Development), unit testing, front-end testing (Cypress), and quality assurance best practices. - Advanced Git / CI/CD / DevOps skills, including branching, merging, and version control strategies. - Experience with Generative AI / Artificial Intelligence / LLM / Vector Database, including generative AI technologies, RAG techniques, and prompt engineering. - Proficiency with Cloud: Azure/ AWS/ GCP and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker). - Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. - Experience working in and leading Agile teams.
