Job Description
As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Data Cloud to create personalized customer experiences. Your main focus will be on seamless integrations, performance tuning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. Your success will be measured by high-impact campaigns and robust CRM enhancements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define personalization strategies and customer journeys.
- Ensure seamless integration with existing CRM and data platforms.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance across personalization campaigns and MC platforms.
- Perform configuration work and align with QA on the best testing strategy; follow deployment best practices.
**Qualification Required:**
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, APIs, and customer segmentation; SF Data cloud.
- Hands-on experience with SSJS, SQL, and configuring complex solutions, along with integrations OOTB with Salesforce and custom with tech stacks such as AWS.
- Experience in designing scalable personalization solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Effective Communication: Clear and confident communication, especially in cross-functional and client-facing roles.
- Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Proactively and think strategically, especially in dynamic environments.
