Job Description
As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at our company, you will be an essential part of the TAM team, demonstrating your deep technical expertise and customer-facing skills to drive the team's organizational strategy. You will collaborate with various departments like product, field sales, engineering, and marketing to ensure customer success and adoption. Your primary focus will be on developing strong technical relationships with strategic customers with large SingleStore deployments, aiding in building impactful applications that transform businesses.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the ongoing technical manager and SingleStore liaison for key enterprise customers
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, assisting enterprises in enhancing their SingleStore capabilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to document customer solutions and improve their referenceability
- Address customers' Enterprise Architecture challenges, particularly in Ingest, Backup/Restore, and BI areas
- Utilize resources within SingleStore to meet customers' business and technical needs effectively
- Manage and resolve customers' support cases, product bugs, and enhancement requests
**Qualifications Required:**
- Minimum 5 years of experience with complex applications or distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with technologies like SingleStore, MySQL, NoSQL, REST, Hadoop, etc.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, data storage, and cloud technologies
- Experience in network troubleshooting and network storage protocols
- Proficiency in Linux OS and System Administration
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com CRM and case management
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (Masters Degree preferred)
- Ability to work independently and travel within the region as needed
