At Palnesto, we are seeking a deal maker with a strong tech background to drive client acquisition and close high-value consulting engagements for our full-stack technology consulting firm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building trust, and converting conversations into successful contracts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify, prospect, and close new business within Palnestos AI, Web3, and web consulting verticals
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through outbound outreach, referrals, and partnerships
- Conduct discovery calls and solution presentations to showcase technical capabilities and translate them into business value
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with delivery teams to define project scope, structure SOWs, and price deals competitively
- Represent Palnesto at industry events and online communities to enhance brand presence
- Monitor pipeline health, forecast revenue, and analyze key metrics using CRM tools
- Stay updated on the competitive landscape and adjust positioning based on market trends
**Qualifications Required:**
- Demonstrated track record of closing deals in the tech industry, such as consulting, SaaS, or agency services
- Strong tech fluency encompassing AI/ML, blockchain, cloud architecture, and modern web stacks
- Excellent communication skills including writing, presentations, and the ability to engage an audience
- Self-motivated individual with a resourceful approach to building strategies
- Commercial acumen to assess deals, handle objections, and drive urgency
- Skilled in relationship-building to establish and maintain client partnerships
- Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce
