Tech Recruiter Intern

As a passionate recruitment coordinator at CAW Studios, your primary role will be to identify resource needs, source, screen, and acquire candidates to be part of our growth journey. You will play a key role in ensuring an excellent and professional customer experience throughout the recruitment process. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supporting the recruitment team by coordinating with hiring managers, interview panels, and internal teams. - Assisting in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling. - Helping manage communication with candidates, vendors, and external partners. - Maintaining accurate records and data in the ATS and tracking sheets with high attention to detail. - Supporting job postings, hiring drives, and recruitment activities. - Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. - Learning end-to-end talent acquisition and HR processes on the job. To excel in this role, you should: - Currently be pursuing or have recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field. - Possess strong communication and coordination skills. - Have a high attention to detail and positive follow-up habits. - Demonstrate willingness and curiosity to learn and grow in recruitment and HR. - Be comfortable using basic tools like MS Office / GSuite. - Prior internship or exposure to recruitment is a plus, but not mandatory.
